Seriously, what's wrong with decent, non-sweet, Northern whiskey? Bogart drank rye. Chandler's The Big Sleep is 90% about rye. Good Old-Fashioneds and Manhattans require rye. Yet why is it so rare? So keep your eyes peeled, and your wallets ready. And drink some rye.
