Say what you want about chains. They all look alike. You don't get good food. Your server acts like s/he is on the verge of a nervous break down and his/her psyche is held together by a thin lattice of pens, order-pads and chewing gum. All that aside, I would regularly deposit my backside on a stool at "We Openly Offend Matt's Sensibilities Bistro," if I could get New Holland's Dragon Milk for $6. Sadly, quite sadly indeed, they were out of Dragon Milk, so I ordered another wonderful Michigan beer, (I forget which) and had a lovely time.
